Transmigrated Into the Violent Boss's Little Mermaid - Chapter 33 Part 2
After Marshal Tordis left, Fu Yuanchuan went back to the kitchen to clean up the aftermath.
Before he got to work, he cut a piece from an apple first and handed it to his little mermaid; it was just big enough for him to hold onto it to eat it.
Jun Qingyu sat on his shoulders obediently, bitting the piece of apple with small bites. He shook his tail from time to time, and he was particularly relaxed.
After he cleaned the kitchen up, Fu Yuanchuan indistinctly heard a beeping sound.
He turned his head to take a look, the indicator light of a light brain was flashing.
Fu Yuanchuan said, “You light brain is buzzing.”
“Hmm?” Jun Qingyu could not wear his light brain after he became small, so he placed it on the table.
Fu Yuanchuan walked over to help the little mermaid take his light brain and then they returned to their room.
Jun Qingyu didn’t even need to turn on his light brain to see. He knew who was sending him the messages.
Apart from that customer from his online store, no one else would contact him.
Anonymous customer: [Are these the only fruit and vegetable juice left? I can still buy more.]
Anonymous customer: [Does the store owner have a physical store? I need a very large quantity. We can meet up and discuss it in detail.]
Anonymous customer: [Store owner, are there any foods with better effects? The price is up to you, I won’t bargain.]
The quantity Jun Qingyu put on sale this time was a lot, and Wen Chengyao should have had adequate to drink for a while.
Was it still too little?
Jun Qingyu doubted whether he put up the wrong quantity, but after he tapped the order details to take a look, he raised his eyebrows in astonishment.
The quantity was correct but he didn’t expect that the fruit and vegetable juice was not only bought by Wen Chengyao, there were also others who took some sporadic bids.1
Several were all a bottle.
Many unfamiliar IDs lined up in a row.
Jun Qingyu was dazed. This little online store didn’t even have a promotion, where did all of you find it?
“Yuanchuan, a lot of people took a picture of the fruit and vegetable juice.”
“A lot of people?”
At first, he thought no one would buy it apart from Wen Chengyao, but he didn’t expect so many people would snap them up.2
Jun Qingyu said, “Wen Chengyao wants to buy more and even asked me if I had a physical store, he wants to talk to me in person.”
If his sister was seriously ill, it would actually be better to drink fruit juice containing spring water from his space.
Now that Marshal Tordis and Fu Yuanchuan were considered to be allies, it was fine to give him fruit and vegetable juice containing spring water.
But if it was Wen Chengyao, they weren’t so familiar with him.
He couldn’t give those containing spring water indiscriminately.
Though constantly drinking the regular fruit and vegetable juice could relieve the symptoms, it could not cure them. This was not a solution either.
Jun Qingyu really wanted to help Wen Chengyao to cure his sister.
As an interstellar pirate, Wen Chengyao could act recklessly and not be subjected to any constraints; it would be more convenient to do things without being restricted by his identity.
Jun Qingyu contemplated, “Why don’t we open a physical store?”
He could set a rule that there’d be no take-out food, let Wen Chengyao bring his sister over to finish her food here and then they leave.
The spring water ingested will be absorbed quickly, even if her belly was slit open the instant she drank it, the existence of spring water would not be found.
Jun Qingyu said, “I won’t sell anything, let’s just find a place to cure Wen Chengyao’s sister first.”
I wasn’t at ease with the places outside. If it was at home……Unless Wen Chengyao was stupid, he definitely wouldn’t come over otherwise.
Fu Yuanchuan said, “Anything is fine, it’s up to you.”
If the little mermaid wanted to do it, then he would buy a storefront straight away; it would also be more convenient for him.
Fu Yuanchuan said, “Do you have any requirements for the store?”
Jun Qingyu shook his head and he said, “A smaller place that’s quiet and it’s best if it’s a place no one would come to.”
The fewer people, the better.
He would not appear at the store often and his main sales would still be from his online store. Perhaps, after the illness of Wen Chengyao’s sister was better, he wouldn’t use this store anymore and there was also no need to rent a place that was too large.
Fu Yuanchuan nodded, “Alright.”
The little mermaid rarely wanted to do anything. Fu Yuanchuan put down his work at hand and started to arrange a small store for the little fish.
If it was a large store and in a district with a large influx of people, he could easily buy a store to give it to the little fish.
However, if it was a small store, it was actually somewhat difficult to find.
A small store at a place with few people and it could not be too desolate; otherwise, it would be like a trap at first glance.
Fu Yuanchuan leaned against the headboard, with his computer placed on his lap, he was browsing for the stores put on sale.
When Jun Qingyu saw this, he sat up and took his little clothes from the headboard. He differentiated his fishtail into legs and put on those clothes.
He felt that when he differentiated into his legs when in his little mermaid form3, he would be shorter than his little mermaid form by a bit. He didn’t know if it was because the tip of his fishtail was gone.
Jun Qingyu stepped on the soft quilt, staggering over to Fu Yuanchuan’s side. He went up as he hugged Fu Yuanchuan’s wrist.
As Fu Yuanchuan browsed through the sales information of the stores, he sensed movement on his wrist. He raised his hand to pick the little mermaid up but he wasn’t able to get his hands on the little mermaid.
The next thing he knew, he found a small shadow of a semicircle at the bottom of the laptop display screen.
The little mermaid sat cross-legged on the computer keyboard.
Fu Yuanchuan touched his little head and said, “See if there’s one that you like and we’ll buy it directly.”
“Buy? Wouldn’t it be such a waste?” He felt the rate of utilisation would be low.
“It’s more convenient to buy it.”
It was troublesome to rent a place, coupled with the special identity of the little mermaid, it was safer to buy it directly.
Jun Qingyu didn’t know how to look for places, but if it was for convenience, it should be closer to the villa, “Are there any storefronts near the villa?”
Fu Yuanchuan pondered over it. The most basic requirement of a villa area was silence, there was no place very close to it, then he could only broaden his scope with the villa as the centre.
“If it’s a storefront, it’ll be farther away from the villa……An hour’s drive away — there’s a deserted tourist site there.”
This was the nearest place Fu Yuanchuan could recall.
Jun Qingyu nodded. There were storefronts that no one would go to, which were very in line with his requirements for the store he had in mind, “Do you have something on tomorrow? Let’s go there tomorrow and have a look.”
To buy a house, it was better to check it on-site.
“Okay.” Whether he had anything on, it would be nothing important in the presence of the little mermaid, he didn’t feel at ease letting the little fish go out on his own.
Fu Yuanchuan bookmarked all the stores for sale at the tourist site.
There were many people selling stores but no one would go there. A day’s revenue might not be enough for renting the store and few people rented the store; the landlords couldn’t get rent and couldn’t rent it out too, so they started selling their stores.
It was just hard to sell.
Some had been up there for three years and it was even written there that it was a flourishing store for sale.
It was late by the time the matter with the store was done.
Fu Yuanchuan picked the little mermaid up, turned off his computer and placed it aside, “Let’s go to sleep.”
Jun Qingyu stretched, “Mhm.”
When the little mermaid became a human, he slept together with him.
Now that he turned small and also regained his fishtail, Fu Yuanchuan didn’t know whether the little mermaid would get dehydrated if he slept outside the entire time.
Fu Yuanchuan was about to ask the little fish where he was going to sleep — only to see that Jun Qingyu had already lifted the quilt and went in to lay down, his small figure was instantly covered by the thin quilt.
Jun Qingyu noticed Fu Yuanchuan did not move, he turned over and poked his head out from the edge of the thin quilt. He patted the empty space in front of him, “Come on, go to sleep.”
Fu Yuanchuan suddenly burst into laughter, turned the lights off and lay down.
The little mermaid was too small now and if he didn’t pay attention, he might crush him.
Fu Yuanchuan deliberately lay down on the edge, put his hand next to the little mermaid to let him sleep while hugging his arm.
Late at night.
Thick curtains covered the faint moonlight from outside the window.
The house was very quiet, there was not the least bit of noise at all — only the sound of shallow breathing.
Yet, Fu Yuanchuan did not sleep rather comfortably. He knitted his eyebrows and he turned over, half-asleep. However, he touched someone at hand.
These past few days, little fish turned into a human and had been sleeping next to him. He feared the little fish’s spiritual energy would suddenly dissipate at night, and the little fish would be met with a mishap when he turned back into a little mermaid.
Fu Yuanchuan had become accustomed to the little mermaid sleeping next to him, he subconsciously reached his hand out and fished the little mermaid into his arms. He heaved a long sigh of relief and was about to go back to sleep, but he suddenly realized that something was wrong.
He opened his eyes abruptly and looked down in astonishment at the little mermaid, who unknowingly became big at some point.
The little mermaid was still sleeping, and he was buried in his arms, sleeping very peacefully.
This……What was going on?
Before they went to bed, wasn’t the little mermaid the size of a palm? How long had it been since then, how come he had turned into a human again?
And on top of that, the little clothes he wore before he went to sleep should have been ripped again.
The pyjamas he wore previously were not on him, and his hand was placed on the waist of the little mermaid.
Fu Yuanchuan’s gaze swept past Jun Qingyu’s shoulders — he paused — and moved very lightly to pull the quilt up.
He nudged him lightly through the blanket and said, “Little fish, little fish.”
“Mmm……” Jun Qingyu was soundly asleep, and he was in a daze when he was woken up. He was so sleepy that he was muddled-headed, even his eyes were squinting, and they weren’t fully opened.
Fu Yuanchuan said softly, “Wake up. Get up and put on your pyjamas before going to sleep, okay?”
“What if you catch a cold like this?”
“Be good, wake up.”
Jun Qingyu dodged him a few times, but there was no escape from the voice that reached his ears.
Jun Qingyu was unable to sleep because of Fu Yuanchuan’s harping, he reached his hand out in a daze and it happened to cover Fu Yuanchuan’s mouth.
The sound in his ears suddenly disappeared.
Jun Qingyu was satisfied. He lowered his head, nuzzled into Fu Yuanchuan’s embrace and found a comfortable position to fall into a deep sleep again.
Yet Fu Yuanchuan, who was beside him, opened his eyes and looked at the ceiling.
He was wide awake.

Lol, I guess…no sleep for the ML tonight. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
- Think of it Wen Chengyao’s buying (拍下) as taking the bid but with no payment yet. It’s kind of like biding for an auction. The postage and price need to be discussed. If there are any amendments to the price or the postage, and then the payment will be made after it has been shipped.
- It’s to quickly buy/secure the fruit and vegetable juice that’s scarce in supply.
- To make it clear, he became a mini human that’s palm-sized.
